Job Title: Technical Support (Remote)
Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: $37,884 – $74,568 per year
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide Level 1-2 support via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Diagnose & Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance and ensure optimal performance.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaboration: Work with team members to improve efficiency and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Preventive Measures: Proactively identify and prevent IT problems to enhance system reliability.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in remote IT support is essential.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Office 365 and basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
