Position: Talent Scout Intern
Location: 100% Remote, Anywhere in Nigeria
Compensation: $300/month plus a $500 bonus for each successful hire
Commitment: Part-time, exclusively for current students
Role Overview
As a Talent Scout Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in our sourcing team, assisting with the execution of Sourcing Sprints. You will focus on sourcing, evaluating, and reaching out to high-potential candidates for various tech-centric roles, including software, hardware, growth, product, and design positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage with candidates on behalf of our clients, who are mainly early-stage startup founders in the US.
- Candidate Evaluation: Qualify candidates to ensure they meet the necessary criteria for the roles we are filling.
- Outreach: Use effective communication to connect with potential candidates and facilitate the recruitment process.
Who You Are
We are seeking motivated students who are passionate about sourcing and recruitment. While previous experience is not mandatory, we value:
- Organizational Skills: An eye for detail and a knack for solving problems through data analysis.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort with technology and a proven ability to learn technical skills independently. Proficiency in spreadsheets is essential.
- Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
- Impact Orientation: A commitment to personal development and a desire to contribute to our impact initiatives.
Requirements
- Sourcing Camp Completion: Candidates must complete Sourcing Camp, a free, 6-week course that provides hands-on sourcing experience.
- Technology Access: A personal laptop is required for project work and staying connected with the team.
