Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Location: 100% Remote (Work From Anywhere)

Salary: $1.2K – $1.6K per month

Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Management
    • Manage and schedule posts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, YouTube, and Twitter.
    • Increase brand visibility through consistent posting and audience engagement.
    • Monitor social media metrics to drive effective campaigns.
  2. Content Posting & Optimization
    • Post blogs and content on the website, ensuring it is SEO-optimized to improve visibility and engagement.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align website content with the company’s brand message.
  3. Newsletter Sign-Ups
    • Implement strategies to grow the subscriber base and increase newsletter sign-ups.
    • Collaborate with the team to optimize signup forms and CTAs for higher conversion rates.
  4. Design & Marketing Templates
    • Use Figma to edit and refine marketing templates in line with brand guidelines.
    • Ensure visual materials are engaging and brand-aligned for campaigns.
  5. Data Integration & Reporting
    • Use Databox and Slack integration with HubSpot to track key performance metrics.
    • Provide data-driven insights to inform social media and marketing strategies.
  6. Marketing Automation (Preferred)
    • Manage HubSpot automations, including demo forms and lead nurturing workflows (experience in this is a plus).

  • Social Media Engagement: Increased engagement across targeted social media platforms, resulting in higher brand visibility and community interaction.
  • Content Management: High-quality and optimized website content that drives traffic and audience engagement.
  • Newsletter Growth: Measurable increase in newsletter sign-ups and pipeline growth.
  • Efficient Marketing Automation: Streamlined management of HubSpot workflows leading to improved lead nurturing and conversions.
  • Creative Brand Designs: Production of visually appealing and brand-aligned marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing with a strong focus on social media management.
  • Social Media Expertise: Experience managing social channels, particularly LinkedIn and Meta. Knowledge of Reddit, YouTube, and Twitter is a plus.
  • Content Management: Proven experience posting and optimizing website content.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with HubSpot (advantageous). Basic design editing skills in Figma required.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track key marketing metrics and leverage data to optimize strategies.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
