Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Engagement: Use Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to generate leads through strategic telemarketing campaigns.
- Content Creation: Develop and post engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform, ensuring brand consistency.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful connections with potential customers.
- Trend Monitoring & Strategy Optimization: Keep up with social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices to refine strategies for maximum impact.
- Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics, adjusting campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Sales & Digital Marketing Execution
- Conversion-Focused Content: Craft persuasive copy and visual content that encourages sales, sign-ups, and lead generation.
- Brand Promotion: Enhance brand visibility by executing targeted marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Competitor Analysis: Study competitors’ social media strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)
- Experience Level: Entry-Level
- Experience Length: Minimum 1 year in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
Technical & Creative Skills
- Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
