Location: 100% Remote, Work From Anywhere

Salary: $100 monthly + $20 data stipend

Job Summary

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. You will manage our social media platforms, create compelling content, and interact with our online community to build strong relationships with our audience, particularly in the USA.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content (posts, tweets, stories, reels) that aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Content Management: Manage and schedule content using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Metrics Analysis: Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, clicks) and provide regular reporting.
  • Community Growth: Grow our social media following and increase engagement rates.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, customer service) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in an international or multi-market environment.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas to enhance social media presence.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advertising Experience: Familiarity with social media advertising and campaign management.
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
