Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: 100% Remote, Work From Anywhere
Role Overview
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing engaging social media strategies across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Principal Consultant, you will oversee content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Conceptualize and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies.
- Content Management: Handle day-to-day operations of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
- Content Creation: Create and coordinate original, engaging multimedia content.
- Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns.
- Influencer Relations: Build key relationships with influencers across platforms.
- Audience Research: Conduct research to understand and target specific audiences.
- Community Management: Facilitate and optimize social media communities for interaction and engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Trend Analysis: Identify and leverage consumer trends to plan social media campaigns.
- Tool Evaluation: Research and implement new tools and techniques for measuring social media activity.
- Performance Improvement: Recommend and implement strategies to enhance account performance.
- Budget Management: Manage and track budgets for social media activities.

- Social Media Expertise: Solid understanding of various social media platforms, particularly for advertising and branding.
- Copywriting and Editing: Strong skills tailored to each platform, with effective storytelling techniques.
- Sector Knowledge: Understanding of the energy sector, including various energy sources, policies, and industry trends.
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with algorithms and search engine optimization.

What to Expect

Remuneration Package
