Role: Social Media Manager

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

The Lendsqr Brand and Marketing team is seeking an intuitive and tech-savvy candidate to manage our social media presence. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all Lendsqr social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency, and driving engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Oversee day-to-day management of social media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all creatives.
  • Brand Awareness: Facilitate the scaling of brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the content marketing team and SEO specialist to create and implement monthly social media strategies.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in Lendsqr’s brand voice, tone, and terminology across all copy.
  • Customer Interaction: Supervise social media interactions between customers and the company to ensure a positive customer service experience.
  • Growth Strategies: Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Analytics: Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics to track and report progress on all social media platforms.
  • Editorial Calendar: Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar, including sales objectives and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a 2:1 degree in any field of study.
  • Proficient in using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content.
  • Relevant experience in determining target audiences and tailoring unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and the ability to utilize these concepts effectively across various forms of outreach.
