Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Metrics and Analysis: Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Advertising Campaigns: Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and audience research.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Platform Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Tools: Experience with social media management tools.
- SEO: Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Content Creation: Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
