About the Role
Contra is seeking an innovative Social Media Manager to elevate our brand’s online presence and engagement across multiple platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with Contra’s marketing objectives, building a strong online community, and driving platform growth.
The ideal candidate is a social media professional with a track record of creating impactful content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results.

Salary: $50 – $75/hr • 30 hrs/wk

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and support marketing goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages to foster strong relationships with followers.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure social media campaigns align with broader brand initiatives.
- Utilize social media management tools to plan, track, and optimize content performance.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing them for maximum reach and engagement.
- Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify content and expand Contra’s reach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in social media strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Expertise in managing multiple social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of social media tools and platforms, including content management systems and analytics tools.
- Ability to develop and execute engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns with a focus on performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
