Job Position: Senior Sales Representative
Location: Remote – US
Salary: $74,256 Annually
Why This Role:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in consultative sales and real estate to join our Real Estate Consultant Team. This role involves managing a high volume of sales and potential buyer opportunities, using conversion insights and pipeline management to forecast results. You will sell over the phone to owners seeking short-term rental management solutions, guiding them through the buying process and helping investors grow their portfolios. You will work in a dynamic environment, adapting daily while adhering to established processes and SOPs, and collaborating across teams when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain productive relationships with prospective buyers and property owners
- .Conduct phone and video consultations with potential buyers and current owners.
- Provide guidance on short-term rental purchases, including region, zip code, capitalization rate, lenders, and ROI.
- Participate in sales training, certifications, and workshops to enhance skills and learn new processes.
- Collaborate with sales teams, sales enablement, and owner onboarding teams.
- Become a subject matter expert in the industry and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Support retention and expansion of the customer base through cross/upsell opportunities.
- Deliver regular business reviews and accurate sales forecasts using Salesforce and SalesLoft.
- Contribute positively to team culture by adopting changes in processes and demonstrating behavior aligned with Evolve’s values.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business management, consulting, strategic account management, and/or business ownership. Experience in enterprise sales and training is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate.
- Recognized expert in guiding and motivating owners to achieve desired results.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and financial analysis related to ROI and real estate markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage important details effectively.
- Adaptable to changes in market conditions, company initiatives, and business needs.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and skill development.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $74,256 per year.
- Uncapped monthly commission with on-target earnings of $53,600 based on team/individual performance.
Location:
- We are hiring throughout the U.S., except in the District of Columbia, Hawaii, and Pennsylvania.
- Hiring impacts may apply in California, Maryland, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington.
- In Colorado, work remotely, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both.
