Job Position: Senior Product Manager
Location: Remote (Global, with ~4 hours overlap with UTC+3)
Salary: €75,000 annually, with yearly reviews based on performance
Role Description
As a Senior Product Manager at Toggl, you will play a pivotal role in our Monetization Team. Your focus will be on driving business growth through managing our subscription domain, conducting pricing experiments, and implementing shared billing across our Suite of products.
Responsibilities
- User Research: Conduct user research, collect and analyze data to inform product decisions.
- Product Specifications: Translate customer needs and business requirements into user stories, specifications, and wireframes.
- Collaboration: Work with developers and designers to conceptualize findings into deliverable iterations.
- Roadmap Planning: Build and prioritize the roadmap for long-term projects and short-term experiments focused on revenue generation.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product-led growth (PLG) techniques.
- Metric Analysis: Analyze metrics to assess the impact of product changes on revenue and user growth.
About You
You will be a good fit if you:
- Have hands-on experience with agile methodology and building SaaS products.
- Are a team player who can resolve conflicts productively.
- Are obsessed with user journeys, product design, and development.
- Are data-informed and comfortable using data to drive decisions and measure success.
- Enjoy experimentation and know when to use user research, A/B testing, or rely on product sense.
- Love collaborating across disciplines and want to take ownership of your work.
- Possess strong business acumen and strategic thinking regarding product-led growth.
- Are proactive, flexible, and vocal when identifying issues.
- Value transparency and have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
