Job Title: Senior Customer Success Representative

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)

salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year

Job Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their product inquiries and ensuring their engagement and satisfaction. You’ll be working with tools like Intercom to provide top-notch support while helping to upsell features and drive product engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve product-related issues.
  • Escalation Management: Identify and escalate second-line support issues (bugs, refunds, etc.) to the appropriate teams.
  • Sales Collaboration: Endorse cases to the Sales Team for issues related to pricing and payment.
  • Upselling & Demos: Proactively promote Jibble’s features and schedule demos to enhance customer experience.
  • Feature Requests: Work closely with the Product Team to capture and prioritize customer feature requests.

Who We’re Looking For

  • US Time Zone Availability: Ability to work during US hours.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Customer Support, with a proven track record.
  • Communication Skills: Native English speaker or possess exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Confidence: You’re confident on the phone and in writing, capable of handling technical jargon.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage urgency, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of technical concepts, with the ability to address technical customer questions effectively.
