Location: 100% Remote (United States)
Salary: $130,000 – $160,000
Your Role:
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will manage our expanding customer base across various industries and segments. You’ll work closely with engineering, product teams, and stakeholders, advising customers on transforming their B2B purchasing processes. This role offers exposure to diverse companies and industries, driving customer success and creating immediate value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Management: Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring their success on the Zip platform.
- Outcome Delivery: Define and deliver customer business outcomes continuously.
- Advisory Role: Act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on Zip’s platform and best practices.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build relationships with key business stakeholders across various departments.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adoption.
- Data-Driven Management: Manage customer health using adoption metrics.
- Product Partnership: Collaborate with product and engineering to meet customer needs.
- Customer Training: Empower customers to become self-sufficient with Zip’s platform.
- Renewals: Partner with the renewals team to achieve target NRR.
- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance Customer Success assets and processes.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
- B2B SaaS experience in a high-paced environment.
- Procurement experience and familiarity with procurement technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
- Creative problem solver with attention to detail.
- Business process-oriented with an ability to think about workflow efficiency.
- Proactive team player willing to identify and address process gaps.
Nice to Haves:
- Payments software experience and background working with CFOs or finance roles.
- Experience with SaaS workflow management tools.
- Experience in a top-tier consulting firm or holding an MBA.
