Job Title: Senior Compensation Analyst
Location: 100% Remote (United Kingdom)
Salary: $75k-$90k per year
Role Overview
As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will manage and administer broad-based and executive compensation programs, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. This role supports our rapid growth strategy by providing detailed analyses and consultation on compensation recommendations, strategy, design, and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Strategy & Analysis
- Guidance & Advisory: Deliver advisory services on compensation matters to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Benchmarking: Perform regular compensation benchmarking, participate in salary surveys, analyze market data trends, and evaluate impacts.
- Annual Reviews: Drive annual compensation review and equity planning processes, including timelines, communications, budget, and training.
- Emerging Trends: Act as a subject matter expert on emerging trends in executive compensation, including governance and regulatory landscape.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Client Support: Support internal and external executive-level compensation offers, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
- Committee Materials: Assist in preparing Compensation Committee materials, managing the process and timeline for meeting preparation.
- Training: Train and enable People team and business leaders on compensation philosophy, strategy, and processes.
Technical Integration & Compliance
- Workday Maintenance: Maintain Workday Advanced Compensation module configuration, ensuring regular updates.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable global compensation regulations.
- Automation & Tools: Develop and maintain security automation scripts and tools to streamline processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Process Improvement: Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors for improvements.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct strategic analysis of workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years in a global compensation role, including broad-based, sales team, and executive compensation programs.
- Analytical Skills: Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Remote Work: Experience working remotely and internationally, coordinating with global peers and team members.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in all channels, with the ability to form strong working relationships.
- Approachability: Highly approachable, providing a customer service approach to ensure everyone views you as a “go-to” person.
- Certification: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: £75,000 – £90,000, with actual compensation varying based on level, experience, and skillset.
