Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the success of Scada Developments Limited by focusing on the following tasks:

Customer Acquisition & Retention: Identify and develop new customer relationships while maintaining strong connections with existing clients. Your goal will be to increase customer loyalty and retention through exceptional service.

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to recommend the most appropriate solutions to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and business growth.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with our internal technical team to deliver seamless technical support and resolve any customer concerns promptly, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals set by the company. You will be expected to regularly report on your sales progress, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies as needed to meet company objectives.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

Education: A minimum of a Diploma in a related field. Further qualifications in sales, marketing, or business development are a plus.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a remote work environment. Previous experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management, or similar positions is highly valued.
