Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This role is critical in driving our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring smooth operations, and optimizing our processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Recording: Create and edit videos to showcase product features and benefits.
- HubSpot and Webflow Proficiency: Manage CRM and website content, ensuring up-to-date information and seamless functionality.
- Coordination: Act as a liaison between the product and sales teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Technical Management: Oversee the technical aspects of key marketing systems, including marketing automation and CRM, to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
- Process Optimization: Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
- Commitment: Full-time availability (40+ hours per week).
- Working Hours: Ability to work PST hours (9 AM – 2 PM, Monday to Friday).
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technical aspects of databases like Airtable and able to dive deep into product details during sales calls.
- Tools: Familiarity with HubSpot and Webflow for CRM and website management.
- Software: Experience using Hubstaff for logging worked hours.
