Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: $36,000 – $60,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business.
- Lead Generation: Accurately enter and manage sales leads with attention to detail.
- Objection Handling: Confidently manage and overcome objections to close sales.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and company goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or Sales Support within a high-volume, high-quality environment.
- Sales Performance: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets for the past 3 quarters.
- Inside Sales: Preferred experience with inside sales, remote sales, or telesales.
- Communication: Excellent command of the English language—both spoken and written.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to type quickly and efficiently while using various sales tools.
- Self-Motivation: Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a go-getter attitude and a proactive approach.
- Adaptability: Agile mindset, able to adjust sales techniques and strategies based on customer feedback.
Technical Requirements
To be eligible for this remote position, you must have:
- A stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download/upload).
- A laptop or desktop (PC, Mac, or Linux) with a dual-core processor and at least 8GB of RAM.
- A webcam and headset for clear communication.
