Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research & Identify: Target potential clients in the UK market who can benefit from our Virtual PA services.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using various channels, including social media, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Client Understanding: Tailor sales pitches to meet client needs, showcasing the value of our Virtual PA services.
- Sales Meetings: Conduct virtual meetings, demos, and presentations to potential clients, addressing their pain points.
- Contract Negotiation: Close sales deals, focusing on achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Primary Contact: Serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and ongoing satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships, fostering trust and loyalty, and offering additional services or support to retain clients.
Market Research & Insights
- Trend Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments in the UK.
- Feedback & Strategy: Provide insights to management on market dynamics, customer needs, and suggest improvements to the sales process.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Sales Metrics: Track and report key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline progress, and revenue.
- CRM Management: Use CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Sales Meetings: Participate in regular meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and strategies.
- Customer Support: Collaborate with customer support to ensure client needs are met post-sale.
- Team Contributions: Share best practices and insights with the sales team to drive collective success.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in selling services to international markets.
- Education: OND/HND/B.Sc academic qualification; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UK business environment and client needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Relationship Building: Ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients and maintain long-term relationships.
- Sales Drive: Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
