Job Summary

KDNPLUS is seeking an energetic and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building relationships with potential advertisers and partners. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities in digital advertising and ensuring strong client relationships to maximize sales potential on the KDNPLUS platform.

Salary: ₦150,000 per month

Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in advertising and partnerships for the KDNPLUS platform.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and partners to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate our advertising solutions effectively to potential clients, showcasing their value.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by strategically approaching potential clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, providing insights into performance and opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and technical teams to develop sales strategies and initiatives that align with the platform’s goals.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital advertising, media, or entertainment industries.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a passion for achieving results and meeting sales targets.
  • Negotiation and Presentation: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, essential for closing deals and communicating value to clients.
  • Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
