Job Position: Sales Development Representative

Location: Fully Remote (Lagos, Nigeria)

Role Overview

Are you interested in unlimited earning potential by selling event technology and AV software solutions for one of the fastest-growing event tech companies? InEvent is looking for experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). If you are committed, motivated, and positive, with a desire to succeed in a competitive market, we would like to speak with you!

Responsibilities

  • Client Conversion: Negotiate and convert prospects into paying clients using a consistent consultative sales approach.
  • Prospecting: Establish relationships with key stakeholders at SME organizations via omnichannel outreach.
  • Qualification: Qualify prospects by understanding InEvent’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and mastering industry-specific use cases.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of sales outreach in InEvent operating systems, including PipeDrive, HubSpot, Wingman, and Warfare.
  • Target Achievement: Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are met by maximizing inbound leads and conducting outbound prospecting as needed.
  • Networking: Build strong social networks on LinkedIn through consistent, valuable, and relevant content and conversation pieces.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales within the SaaS/events industry.
  • Sales Skills: Proficient in delivering outstanding sales pitches and product demonstrations.
  • Consultative Selling: Practice consultative selling with a high closing volume.
  • Target Achievement: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Network: Strong B2B consumer market network in events/marketing/production.
  • Tech Savvy: Understanding of event technology, including integrations, and the events market.
  • Lead Sourcing: Experience in cold contacting and lead sourcing in a B2B corporate environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English proficiency for business purposes.
