Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Outreach: Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers through phone calls, emails, social media, and other creative methods.
- Strategic Campaigns: Develop and execute strategic outbound campaigns to generate interest and secure meetings.
- Key Decision-Makers: Research, identify, and map key decision-makers within target accounts in coordination with your assigned Sales team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and manage leads in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and our product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
- Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of SaaS sales development experience.
- Sales Ambition: Strong desire to pursue a career in sales, with the ambition to grow into a closing sales role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects.
- Cold Calling: Proven track record of success in cold calling C-level executives.
- Organization: Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with account planning, persona mapping, CRM software, and sales tools.
- Team Player: Collaborative approach with a willingness to support colleagues.
- Interest in Cybersecurity: Passion for relationship building and collaboration in the cybersecurity space.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Salary: $55,000 – $60,000, based on qualifications, skills, and competencies.
- Additional Compensation: Variable/Bonus Compensation & Equity Incentives based on individual and company performance.
