Job Summary

Losode Nigeria Limited is seeking a Sales and Partnerships Manager to drive designer acquisition, build strategic alliances, and increase revenue growth. This role requires an individual with strong sales, marketing, and business development skills to identify and onboard top designers, establish industry partnerships, and represent Losode at major fashion and e-commerce events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Designer Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify emerging and established fashion designers through LinkedIn, Instagram, and other industry platforms.

  • Conduct personalized cold outreach via emails, DMs, and LinkedIn messages to introduce Losode’s benefits.

  • Schedule and lead sales presentations showcasing Losode’s value proposition.

  • Finalize designer onboarding agreements and coordinate with the Designer Acquisition and Management (DAMD) team for a seamless transition.

  • Maintain ongoing engagement with designers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and performance improvement.

2. Strategic Partnerships & Brand Collaborations

  • Secure partnerships with complementary brands, organizations, and influencers to enhance visibility and credibility.

  • Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with strategic partners to promote Losode and its designers.

  • Collaborate with fashion schools, incubators, and designer networks to attract fresh talent.

  • Structure mutually beneficial agreements that drive long-term value for Losode and its partners.

3. Industry Representation & Event Engagement

  • Attend and represent Losode at fashion shows, trade fairs, and industry expos in key locations like Lagos, Accra, London, and Paris.

  • Build strong relationships with designers, fashion professionals, and potential partners.

  • Showcase Losode’s platform at industry events to attract designers and brand partnerships.

  • Capture designer contacts and execute personalized follow-up sales outreach.

4. Sales & Performance Optimization

  • Conduct monthly or quarterly check-ins with designers to assess performance, provide support, and offer new promotional opportunities.

  • Address designer concerns swiftly to build trust and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Promote premium services and advertising options to increase designer visibility and drive additional revenue.

  • Track designer onboarding rates, revenue growth, and retention metrics using CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho CRM.

  • Analyze sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Implement referral programs leveraging high-performing designers to generate new leads.


Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Education & Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

  • At least 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.

2. Core Competencies

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in B2B partnerships.

  • Experience in the fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry is a plus.

  • Ability to manage outreach and engagement via LinkedIn, Instagram, and email marketing.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to represent Losode at industry events.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) to track performance and conversions.

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and optimize strategies.
