We are seeking a personable and passionate Sales Account Executive to guide these leads through the sales journey. You will be instrumental in delivering engaging product demos and nurturing relationships with potential customers. If you excel in selling software to businesses and have a proven ability to close deals efficiently, we want to hear from you.
Job Position: Sales Account Executive
Location: 100% Remote (US, UK, Europe, and Canada only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Expertise: Become an expert on the Diobox platform.
- Industry Insight: Dive deep into the events space and conduct competitor analysis to understand how our product addresses event management challenges.
- Customer Discovery: Identify customer needs and communicate how Diobox can solve their problems.
- Product Demos: Conduct frequent product demos to global prospects in various industries.
- Lead Management: Respond promptly to user inquiries and own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
- CRM Documentation: Document key details in our CRM system to provide metrics on leads and forecast the sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3+ years in Sales or Business Development.
- 2+ years in SaaS sales.
Skills:
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Strong customer-facing experience.
- Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with a love for software and an eagerness to learn about new technologies.
Attributes:

Education: University degree or 4 years of professional experience.
