MARBLE & GRANITE TRADING LTD is seeking a Remote Office Assistant to efficiently manage administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations while working from home. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess strong communication and time management skills.
Job Title: Remote Office Assistant
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: NGN 150,000 – NGN 250,000 Monthly
Key Responsibilities:
- Visitor Management: Welcome and assist guests, arrange meeting rooms, and provide necessary visitor support.
- Document Handling: Organize, file, copy, scan, and email documents as required.
- Communication: Answer and transfer calls, record information, and convey messages to the relevant personnel.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and ensure timely ordering of required items.
- Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative tasks, including booking meeting rooms, arranging deliveries, and assisting in organizing company activities.
- Financial Assistance: Support the finance department with simple financial records and reimbursement tasks.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of the office environment and coordinate daily cleaning activities.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year of work experience in office administration or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and with attention to detail.
Candidates with prior experience as an office assistant or in similar administrative roles will be given preference.
