Job Position: Regional Sales Director

Location: This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the UK, with support for EMEA time zones.

Salary: £125,000 annually

Overview

Apollo is seeking a world-class Regional Director to lead and expand our EMEA team. This is a pivotal role in scaling our operations in a massive market. You’ll work directly with the CRO on strategic initiatives, driving territory creation, refining sales processes, and hitting our ambitious revenue targets. This position is an incredible opportunity to play a key role in our continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and Lead a Sales Team: Recruit and develop top sales talent to ensure high productivity levels.
  • Enablement Programs: Execute comprehensive enablement programs in collaboration with the CRO and Product Marketing to ensure team productivity.
  • Feedback Loop: Utilize field knowledge to provide continuous feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast and report on sales performance with detailed pipeline and performance reports.
  • Optimize Sales Processes: Streamline sales processes, assign quotas, balance territories, and enhance pipeline management visibility.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate across the organization to measure, identify, and eliminate inefficiencies in the sales process.
