Job Summary

Talent Hackers is seeking a motivated Recruitment Associate to support our HR and Talent Recruiting Specialist. In this role, you will assist in sourcing, recruiting, and managing job requisitions while providing administrative support. This position is remote and requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information.

Job Title: Recruitment Associate

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Salary: USD 150 – 300 per month

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing and Recruitment

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract talent through job boards, social media, and various platforms.
  • Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and interview panels.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain candidate pipelines and keep accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Onboarding and Employee Records

  • New Hire Documentation: Prepare and ensure the completion of all onboarding paperwork for new hires.
  • Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Orientation Support: Assist in organizing and conducting orientation sessions for new employees.

Administrative Support

  • General Administration: Handle tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and addressing HR inquiries.
  • HR Documentation: Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, including offer letters, employment contracts, and termination paperwork.
  • Internal Communications: Assist in the preparation and dissemination of internal HR communications.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Policy Compliance: Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • HR Reporting: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR reports and documentation.
  • HR Audits: Participate in audits of HR processes and records.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience, including proficiency with Zoho Recruit and LinkedIn Recruiting.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attributes: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion; Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
