Job Title: Project Management and Executive Admin Associate
Location: Remote (Abuja, Nigeria)
Salary: N250,000 – N330,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead Project Management: Manage and lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Communication Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and executives, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Monitor Project Progress: Track project milestones, identify risks, and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders.
Executive Administrative Support
- Executive Coordination: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and correspondence handling.
- Documentation and Resource Management: Oversee project documentation and manage resources to ensure quality standards are met.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency within project management and administrative functions.

Experience & Education
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in executive administration and project management roles.
- Certifications: Project Management certification is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and Google Workspace. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: N250,000 – N330,000 gross per month.
