Job Position: Remote Product Specialist

About the Product Specialist Role
As a Product Specialist at Lendsqr, you will be a dedicated advocate for our products. You will be the eyes, ears, and voice of our products, playing a crucial role in driving product growth and market adoption through deep product expertise, customer insights, and effective communication.
Your responsibilities will include assisting customers at every stage of the funnel, helping them extract maximum value from our products. This role requires a thorough understanding of our products and excellent communication skills to convey product value to customers, helping them achieve their business goals, and, in turn, the company’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback, pain points, and issues to inform product development and improvement plans.
- Product Value Communication: Communicate product value and assist customers in leveraging it to enhance their business decisions.
- Product Expertise: Act as the primary product expert and advisor to external stakeholders.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Sales Demos and Training: Conduct sales demos and training sessions with potential clients and customers.
- Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for features and products.
- Representation: Represent the company and product at events and customer meetings.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a 2:1 grade in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or any other relevant field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a product manager, product specialist, sales associate, customer support rep, or any related field.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of fintech and technical products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and a quick learner.
- High analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of products, industry, and services provided to clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
