About the Team
The Product Design Team at Eneba is a decentralized group of experienced professionals. Each Product Designer is assigned to an autonomous product team, allowing for independence and agility. We prioritize delivering small, iterative improvements and conduct A/B testing to ensure effective delivery. Our user-centered design approach ensures we meet user needs while aligning with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Design: Lead the design process for digital products (desktop, mobile web, and app) including ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
- Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to define product requirements and design solutions.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research, analyze feedback, and gather insights to inform design hypotheses.
- High-Fidelity Mockups: Develop prototypes and design specifications to communicate solutions to stakeholders.
- Iteration: Continuously improve designs based on feedback and data-driven insights.
- Innovation: Identify root causes and drive innovation through experimentation.
- Visual Design: Create visually appealing solutions that enhance user experience.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in hands-on design, preferably with customer-facing products.
- Data-Driven: Ability to develop and iterate on hypotheses using both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Adaptability: Capable of pivoting effectively based on user behavior and data findings.
- Design Methodologies: Proficient in design thinking, interaction design, typography, UX copywriting, composition, layout, and information architecture.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Figma and familiar with data interpretation tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel/Amplitude, and Google Analytics.
- Analytical and Empathetic: Blend analytical skills with user empathy, prioritizing user needs while considering the bigger picture.
- Communication: Confident in articulating and defending design ideas in discussions and presentations.
