AJ’s Rentals LTD is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to manage day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations, and providing comprehensive administrative support. This role demands a high level of discretion and excellent communication skills.

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Fully Remote (Work From Home)

Salary: NGN 75,000 – 150,000 monthly

Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Calendar Management: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Communication: Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

Travel Arrangements

  • Organize travel itineraries.
  • Book flights, accommodation, and transport.
  • Prepare travel documents.

Task Management

  • Assist with personal and professional tasks, including running errands, organizing files, and preparing reports.

Event Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and catering.

Document Management

  • Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records, ensuring they are easily accessible.

Communication

  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Project Assistance

  • Support various projects and initiatives by conducting research, preparing materials, and tracking progress.

Office Management

  • Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.

Ad Hoc Duties

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the executive and the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • At least 1 year of working experience.
