AJ’s Rentals LTD is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to manage day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations, and providing comprehensive administrative support. This role demands a high level of discretion and excellent communication skills.
Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Fully Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: NGN 75,000 – 150,000 monthly
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Calendar Management: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Communication: Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Travel Arrangements
- Organize travel itineraries.
- Book flights, accommodation, and transport.
- Prepare travel documents.
Task Management
- Assist with personal and professional tasks, including running errands, organizing files, and preparing reports.
Event Coordination
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and catering.
Document Management
- Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records, ensuring they are easily accessible.
Communication
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Project Assistance
- Support various projects and initiatives by conducting research, preparing materials, and tracking progress.
Office Management
- Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
Ad Hoc Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the executive and the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of working experience.
