Team Environment:The Marketing team at Canonical drives commercial outcomes and grows the addressable market through digital marketing campaigns, lifecycle management, events, partnerships, and community development. Job Position: Performance Marketing Graduate

Location: Remote (EMEA Region)

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Support marketing team members in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track paid performance and budgets across the Marketing team.
  • Automation and AI: Implement and build on automation and AI to enhance paid performance.
  • Adtech Development: Develop Canonical’s adtech stack to industry-leading standards.

Qualifications

  • Ad Platform Proficiency: Experience with Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other ad platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Familiarity with campaign tracking and analytics tools.
  • Lead Generation: Proven experience in driving successful lead generation campaigns.
  • A/B Testing: Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional skills for building trusting relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Prioritization: Ability to prioritize effectively, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Growth Mindset: Willingness to think big, take risks, and engage with the latest trends in marketing technology.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
