Finance & You Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will handle basic administrative tasks, ensure the smooth running of office processes, and maintain a tidy workspace.

Job Title: Remote Office Assistant

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Salary: NGN 150,000 – 250,000 Plus Commission

Experience Level: Entry-Level

Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks such as document sorting, copying, printing, and scanning.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the purchase and inventory of office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Customer and Supplier Liaison: Assist in receiving visiting customers or suppliers, and answer and transfer office calls.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize company meetings, book meeting rooms, and prepare meeting materials.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office and coordinate with cleaning staff.
  • Email & Document Management: Handle company emails and document filing.
  • Travel & Schedule Management: Assist the administrative team with travel arrangements and schedule management.
  • Financial Assistance: Support the finance team with simple financial tasks like receipt management and expense report sorting.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks independently and work well under pressure.
    • Basic financial paperwork processing skills (preferred).
