Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home)

Salary: $2,000 – $2,300 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Coordination & Leadership: Oversee the marketing team’s content calendar, ensuring that deliverables are met across platforms like social media, blogs, and videos. Collaborate with team members on content creation and execution.
  • Shopify & E-Commerce Management: Manage Shopify and e-commerce backend tasks, ensuring smooth store operations and seamless updates.
  • Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and implement social media strategies for platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Coordinate content posts, lead community engagement, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Content Creation & Support: Use tools like Canva for social media graphics, assist with video editing using CapCut, and help create blog posts and repurpose content to align with brand objectives.
  • SEO & AI Tools: Implement SEO best practices to boost content visibility and integrate AI tools for streamlined content creation and optimization.
  • Pinterest Channel Launch: Lead the launch and management of the brand’s Pinterest channel to expand reach and engagement.
  • Event Promotion: Promote events through social media channels and newsletters, ensuring effective engagement and participation.
  • WhatsApp Communication: Use WhatsApp for team communication to coordinate deliverables and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

  • SEO & AI Integration: Optimize content visibility using SEO techniques and leverage AI tools for enhanced content performance.
  • Successful Pinterest Launch: Effectively launch the Pinterest channel, driving brand awareness and expanding the target audience.
  • Event Promotion Success: Promote events strategically, increasing engagement and participation across platforms.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and e-commerce with a focus on Shopify.
  • Tools Proficiency: Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and AI tools for content optimization. Knowledge of SEO best practices is essential.
  • E-Commerce Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Shopify and familiarity with other e-commerce tools.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable using WhatsApp for team coordination.
  • Creativity & Flexibility: Ability to think creatively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and drive team productivity.
