Job Position: Lifecycle Operations Support Specialist

Location: 100% Remote (Worldwide)

Salary: $17,600 to $39,600 USD Annually

What This Job Offers You

Join Remote at an exciting time to make a significant impact in the Employee Lifecycle Operations space. As part of our Lifecycle Operations Support team, you’ll ensure seamless billing and invoicing activities for Remote’s vendors. You’ll manage vendor partnerships and ensure accurate billing for all operational events, reporting to the Employee Lifecycle Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Invoices Management: Timely and accurate entries into Coupa, ensuring all transactions have proper approvals.
  • Purchase Orders Management: Assist Accounting and Purchase to Pay teams in processing vendor payments on time.
  • Communication: Professionally handle vendor and internal stakeholder communication, resolving issues independently as they arise.
  • Support Lifecycle Specialists: Assist with billing and invoice data entry, generate and share data with vendors as needed.
  • Partnerships Maintenance: Maintain strong relationships with external vendors to ensure timely billings and invoicing.
  • Data Management: Safely handle and maintain employee data and confidential information, adhering to established protocols.

What You Bring

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous work in a digital environment, handling high volume and/or multi-currency transactions, and vendor payments.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in standard operating procedures.
  • Mindset: Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills. Team player who works independently and proactively.
  • Language: Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Remote Work: Experience working remotely is beneficial but not required.

Compensation

Remote ensures fair and competitive compensation in all locations. We do not support cheap-labor practices and strive to pay above in-location rates. The base salary range for this position is $17,600 to $39,600 USD, determined by role, level, and location. Actual pay depends on factors such as location, skills, experience, and market demands. The salary range may change.
