Job Position: Legal Assistant
Location: Remote (Specific regions: Latin America, Americas, Europe, Asia, or Oceania)
Salary: $10,000 – $25,000 USD
As a Legal Assistant at Greenlight Path, you will be a vital member of our remote team, working as an independent contractor. Your role will involve providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth processing of their immigration applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer interactions, including answering inquiries, providing updates, and offering guidance throughout the application process.
- Review and process non-immigration applications (ESTA and DS160) and family-based cases.
- Submit applications to CEAC and USCIS accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer care, ensuring clients receive timely and professional assistance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using our case management system.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in immigration law.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of ESTA, DS160, and family-based immigration processes.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Tools: Knowledge or willingness to learn Zendesk and Docketwise.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Availability: Available to work 40 hours per week, including Sundays (preferred).
