The Team

Our client aims to become a universal platform serving diverse investor types across multiple asset classes on a global scale. They are building their Securities Finance, Futures Trading, and Execution platforms from scratch, offering team members a rare chance to contribute to sophisticated, large-scale trading systems using a modern and scalable technology stack.

The Role

We are looking for a Lead Production Support Engineer for our client. Initially, this role will provide support for the trading desk, execution, and stock loan business, with the potential to expand as the business grows. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced support engineer to establish and develop a support team from scratch while gaining an in-depth understanding of all functions across the bank. Key responsibilities include delivering technical support across business areas, monitoring the production plant, and assisting with user inquiries. You will work closely with traders, customers, vendors, and counterparties.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in banking/financial services support, particularly in dynamic environments and large-scale applications.
  • Proficiency in scripting and SQL.
  • Experience in incident management and debugging.
  • Knowledge of integration testing and test automation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact effectively with end users and traders.
