Job Position: Lead Email Marketing Manager

Location: 100% Remote (Work From Anywhere)

Hours: EST hours, including weekends and evenings

Salary: $80,000 to $115,000 per year, paid bi-monthly

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with expertise in lifecycle marketing (Email, SMS, and Push Notifications) to drive our end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy for Launch Potato’s FinanceBuzz brand, which receives around 7 million monthly visits. This role requires a hands-on approach to scaling and optimizing our email marketing efforts.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in email marketing with extensive experience in performance marketing/lead generation companies.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and Expand Automations: Develop and refine automations for prospective and existing investors.
  • Create a Personalized Experience: Generate and test lifecycle campaigns to enhance user engagement and double revenue.
  • Develop Omni-Channel Campaigns: Execute sophisticated campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Analyze and Report: Own the analysis and presentation of campaign results and program performance.
  • Collaborate on Data Architecture: Work with the Messaging Operations Manager to set up API connections for accurate data flows.
  • Support Workflow Creation: Design workflows for easy creation of highly personalized communications.
  • Email Code Leadership: Debug email code and stay updated on the latest trends and platforms.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4-6 years in email marketing/remarketing with a background in performance marketing/lead generation.
  • Analytical Skills: Hands-on expertise with first-party data, BI tools (Looker), and Excel/G-Suite.
  • Proven Results: Demonstrated ability to grow and scale messaging revenue.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
  • Curiosity and Drive: An insatiable curiosity and drive to succeed in lifecycle marketing.
