Our client is a leading organization focused on growing exclusive membership networks for senior executives. They are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to engage with senior executives and convert them into paying members. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for relationship-building, a solid sales track record, and expertise in selling professional services.
Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: 100% Remote (Work From Anywhere)
Salary: $1,000 – $1,300 per month
Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Membership Growth: Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to membership conversion. Engage warm leads through phone, email, and digital channels, converting them into high-value, paying members.
- Lead Generation & Engagement: Proactively identify and engage senior executives through email outreach, LinkedIn, and phone calls, building a strong pipeline of potential members.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain lasting relationships with prospective and existing members to foster satisfaction, retention, and membership growth.
- CRM Management: Accurately record all sales activities in the CRM, track key performance metrics, and report on outreach efforts and conversion rates.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new members and align sales strategies.
What Success Looks Like
- Membership Growth: Achieve or exceed sales goals by converting warm leads into paying members.
- Effective Lead Engagement: Drive pipeline expansion and conversion through proactive outreach and digital engagement.
- Strong Executive Relationships: Build long-lasting connections with senior executives to ensure high satisfaction and member retention.
- Accurate CRM Data: Maintain detailed, accurate CRM records to support reporting and sales tracking.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in inside sales or business development, with a proven track record of converting leads into clients using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Executive Engagement: Proven ability to engage with senior executives and effectively communicate the value of premium services.
- Lead Generation Skills: A proactive, “hunter” mentality in generating and nurturing leads, even when working with warm leads.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly convey value propositions and build rapport with senior executives.
- CRM Proficiency: Experienced in using CRM tools to manage sales activities and report performance metrics.
