Position: Human Resources Assistant
Location: Remote (United States)
Salary: $30,000 – $40,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in attracting, screening, and matching candidates to appropriate positions.
- Communication Management: Coordinate communications between job applicants and hiring managers, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
- Applicant Screening: Conduct video conference interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize databases and social media platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Clerical Duties: Perform clerical tasks, including detailed note-taking and answering phone calls.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Proficient in iOS and macOS; familiarity with Apple software (iWork, etc.) is essential.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships with candidates.
