Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department.
- Support various HR functions such as recruitment, contract management, and employee relations.
- Oversee office-related asset management and handle related expenses and reimbursements.
- Employee Contract Management:
- Communicate with new employees regarding contract signing after the confirmation of cooperation.
- Collect, verify, and submit employee information to the company.
- Manage the reception and contract signing process for part-time employees.
- Recruitment:
- Identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
- Facilitate interviews and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Ensure both parties’ intentions align before proceeding with employment offers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR supervisor or in a similar role within the financial industry.
- Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations.
- Skills:
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
