About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our community, managing content marketing campaigns, and generating leads through strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our technical team to communicate our validation-first approach, ensuring that businesses develop smarter products with a higher chance of success.
This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on our growth.
Key Responsibilities
Community Growth & Engagement
- Manage and expand our YouTube channel (@validatefirst) by coordinating content production and engaging with our audience.
- Oversee LinkedIn community building through daily interactions and weekly content planning.
- Collaborate with technical team members to ensure content aligns with our key pillars: Validation Methodology, Smart Development, and Launch Success.
Content Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of lead magnets to attract and nurture potential clients.
- Manage lead generation campaigns, guiding prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Conduct initial discovery calls and demos to understand client needs and present our validation-first approach.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics, including:
- YouTube subscriber growth
- Content engagement rates
- Lead conversion rates
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve overall performance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 2+ years in marketing, community management, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in content marketing and social media management.
- Basic understanding of digital product development (training will be provided).
- A data-driven mindset, with experience in tracking and optimizing marketing performance.
