Salary: NGN 75,000 – 150,000 per month
Job Summary:
Filly Coder is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to support our sales and marketing teams by creating visually appealing and high-converting designs. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and a strong understanding of user experience (UX) and design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Produce high-quality graphics and designs for various platforms, including web development, mobile app development, and software development projects.
- User Experience (UX): Develop wireframes and prototypes that align with customer needs and solve usability challenges.
- Collaboration: Communicate design ideas and concepts clearly to developers and collaborate effectively to ensure seamless implementation.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Problem Solving: Find innovative solutions to design and UX problems, enhancing the overall user experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: HND in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch).
- Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and UX principles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into creative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Tech Setup: Must have a reliable home office setup with a development PC and high-speed internet connection.
