Job Summary
Talent Hackers is looking for a Graphic Design Assistant to create custom static graphics for a wide range of platforms. You will work closely with different departments to ensure designs meet requirements, manage project timelines, and provide feedback throughout the design process. This is a great opportunity for a designer with experience in D2C eCommerce design and a passion for creativity.

Salary: $500 – $750 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Create custom static graphics for emails, presentations, storefronts, and A+ content.
- Collaborate: Work with various departments to understand design needs, objectives, and deadlines.
- Project Management: Provide regular updates on progress and solicit feedback throughout the design process.
- Mockups: Lead the design mockup process, including draft layouts, fonts, and color palettes.
- Creative Editing: Edit and refine existing creative assets as necessary.
- Asset Management: Organize and manage creative work for easy access and future use.
- Support Tasks: Perform additional design-related tasks as required by the team.
Qualifications
- Adobe Expertise: Minimum of 3 years experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for static graphics.
- Figma Experience: Proven ability to deliver custom designs and mockups in Figma.
- D2C eCommerce Background: Prior experience working on design projects within the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) eCommerce industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Time Zone Availability: Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Agency Experience: Previous work in an agency setting is preferred.
- Team Communication Tools: Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for team collaboration and communication.
