Role Overview
As a Sales & Marketing Manager at Noxx, you will be integral from MVP validation to the growth phase of our platform. This role requires a proactive approach in both sales and marketing to drive business development and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales Qualification: Utilize CRM tools and cold email to generate and qualify leads, and discover new prospects.
- Marketing Activities: Engage in paid marketing, social media strategy, content creation, and community building.
- Market Research: Represent our products and conduct research to understand customer needs and refine our business strategy.
- Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams, providing valuable feedback.
- Executive Support: Assist the CEO in business development and marketing tasks, while supporting administrative tasks to enhance our team environment.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of full-time work experience.
- Location: Ability to work from a location with a maximum 4-hour time difference from Pacific Time (PT).
- Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English (C2 level on the CEFR scale, indicating near-native level fluency).
- Attributes: Hardworking attitude, consistently delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines. Positive outlook with upbeat energy.
- Skills: Creative problem-solving, strong analytical skills, high level of independence, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Nice to Have
- Language: Native-level English proficiency.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience working for early-stage startups, and/or 1+ years in marketing or business development roles.
