Salary: 20,000 Naira/week + Data Allowance
Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative French-speaking tutor/teacher to join our team. This role involves conducting interactive video tutoring sessions and developing a library of homework assignments. The ideal candidate will create a positive learning environment and design educational materials that enhance student learning.
Key Responsibilities
Tutoring
- Conduct engaging and interactive video tutoring sessions with students.
- Tailor sessions to meet the individual needs and learning styles of students.
- Implement effective teaching strategies to keep students engaged and motivated.
- Provide feedback and progress reports on students’ learning and development.
Curriculum Design
- Develop and curate a comprehensive library of homework assignments across various subjects.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve educational content and resources.
- Create educational materials that are fun and effective for young learners.
Qualifications
Required
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring, with a focus on creating engaging learning experiences.
- Strong background in curriculum development and educational resource creation.
- Ability to connect with students and make learning enjoyable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate concepts clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote teaching.
- Flexibility and creativity in adapting teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
- Reliable internet connection and proper equipment (laptop).
Preferred
- Knowledge of graphic design and AI tools.
- Experience in designing homework assignments and educational materials.
- Familiarity with various teaching strategies and learning methodologies.
- Background in education or a related field.
