Job Title: Finance & Accounting Officer

Location: 100% Remote (Work from Anywhere)

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting and Transactions: Handle general accounting tasks, manage payments, transactions, and conduct financial reporting and audits.
  • Financial Process Optimization: Implement and improve financial processes to ensure efficiency and integrity.
  • Risk and Insight Management: Identify risks, uncover insights, and assist in decision-making for new ventures and investments.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain smooth operations and uphold financial integrity across all accounts.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4-5 years in finance, with a focus on personal finances for high-net-worth individuals or C-level executives. Experience in online gambling, gaming, crypto, or fintech is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and accounting practices.
  • Attributes:
    • Resourceful and able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
    • Comfortable managing the complexities of regulated industries.
    • Discreet and trustworthy, with a strong record of maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
