Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Salary: ₦300,000.00 per month

Job Type: Part-time

Expected Hours: No more than 20 per week

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment. Fluency in English and French is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and ensure timely responses.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.

Project Management

  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Track progress and provide regular updates to the CEO.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather information and facilitate project completion.

Meeting Coordination

  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Communication

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, and external partners.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Facilitate effective communication and ensure information flows smoothly within the organization.

Travel Arrangements

  • Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.

General Support

  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating high levels of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience in the agriculture or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives.
