Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Manage executive calendars, coordinate travel, and prepare for meetings, ensuring executives are always prepared and supported.
  • Communication: Serve as the main contact for both internal and external stakeholders, handling all interactions with professionalism.
  • Office Management: Oversee office administration, including managing correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Logistics Coordination: Schedule meetings, organize events, and manage office maintenance tasks efficiently.
  • HR Support: Assist with onboarding, maintain employee records, and coordinate employee benefits, ensuring a smooth HR process.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Accounting Support: Perform basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, managing expense reports, and handling payroll.
  • Special Projects: Assist with various projects as needed, showcasing your adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role with a strong track record of success.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with HR and accounting practices is a plus.
  • Remote Work: Ability to work independently with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment.
