Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year
Role Overview
We are seeking an Executive Assistant with significant experience in supporting executives. This role is essential in managing schedules, facilitating communication, and contributing to our vision of making Grass a cornerstone of the internet’s evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal and Administrative Support: Assist in reviewing legal documents and maintaining support documentation to aid founder decision-making.
- Calendar and Meeting Management: Manage unlimited access to the founding team’s schedules and participate in all meetings to take notes and ensure action items are completed.
- Priority and Communication Management: Organize the founder’s priorities, meetings, and communications across professional and personal domains.
- Relationship Building: Manage communications and relationships to foster strong partnerships.
- Operational Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize company collaboration and efficiency.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel and accommodations for the founding team.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to navigate dynamic environments.
- Organization and Initiative: Highly organized, proactive, and a strong thinker with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Startup Experience: Previous experience in high-output teams within fast-paced startup settings.
