Position: Engineering Manager – Platform
Location: 100% Remote, Work From Anywhere
Salary: $160,000 – $215,000 per year
Role Overview
As the Engineering Manager on our foundations team, you will lead a group of Software Engineers to build a robust, scalable platform. Your collaboration with stakeholders will ensure our core API and services are well-documented and functional. You will provide technical solutions to platform-wide challenges and occasionally engage hands-on to enhance our platform.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on technical management.
- Experience in building holistic web-based solutions, API design, and client-server interactions.
- Proficiency in researching and adopting new technologies and frameworks.
- Expertise in architecting and building core API interfaces.
- Experience with GraphQL and backend languages (preferably Python).
- Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
